Traveling Again - Barbara Koetsier

I am a retired United Methodist pastor, currently living in California, but served churches for 20 years in New Jersey. Throughout my ministry, I was intrigued with travel, curious about the world and its people. My first major trips were camping across the United States as my children were growing up. The ministry also enabled me to be a six-time pilgrim to the Holy Land and to share these places through sermons and programs.

Now that I am retired, my husband Colin and I enjoy traveling about half of our time. We have been blessed to see all of the United States, most of Canada, and about 40 other countries. When we travel, we share an on-line journal with friends.

I enjoy sharing the delights of travel, places to be seen, and the thrill of the journey. There are so many interesting places to see and experience. We have a "bucket list" with hopes and dreams on it but as one is completed, another or two or three take its place.
